It presents RWB's investment thesis, capital raising structure, performance fronts, team and contact channels, and offers the FVH Diagnosis · a preliminary, free and non-binding estimate of the potential to convert traditional cattle ranching into production based on Hydroponic Green Forage.

03 Nature of the Information

The site's content does not constitute a public offering, investment recommendation, financial advice, securities offering nor any form of public capital raising regulated by the CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission). Any investment transaction with RWB is subject to specific technical and legal analysis, dedicated contractual documentation and compliance with applicable legislation.

04 FVH Diagnosis · Limitations

The FVH Diagnosis indicators (estimated productivity gain, operating cost reduction, area release) are estimates calculated based on market averages and the data provided by the user. They do not replace on-site technical audit, agronomic feasibility study, executive design or edaphoclimatic assessment. RWB does not guarantee identical results in actual operation, which depend on variables specific to each property.

05 Eligibility and Truthfulness

To use the FVH Diagnosis, the user must:

• Be a natural person over 18 years of age or a legal entity duly incorporated in Brazil;
• Be authorized to represent the rural property referenced;
• Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date data.

RWB may, at its discretion, refuse, suspend or cancel service when it detects untruthfulness, fraud or use in violation of these Terms.

06 Intellectual Property

All content on this site · brand, logo, thesis, texts, images, videos, diagrams, source code, icons and visual arrangements · is the exclusive property of RWB or licensed to it, protected by Lei nº 9.279/1996 (Brazilian trademarks law) and Lei nº 9.610/1998 (Brazilian copyright law). Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

07 User Conduct

By using the website, the user agrees to:

• Not perform attacks, mass scraping, code injection or any practices that compromise the security, availability or integrity of the service;
• Not use third-party data without authorization;

The processing of personal data on this site observes RWB's Privacy Policy, prepared in compliance with Lei nº 13.709/2018 (LGPD · Brazilian General Data Protection Law). By using the FVH Diagnosis or any form, the user acknowledges and authorizes the processing as described therein.

10 Modifications

RWB may update these Terms at any time, by publishing the revised version on the website. Substantial changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the update implies acceptance of the new version.

11 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The District Court of São Paulo / SP is hereby elected to settle any disputes, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
